Now, this is taken from a website Bud Life Marijuana Magazine, and has no direct references to scientific papers, or journals. But what he says is probably true. And anti-drug organizations make marijuana out to be a great evil.
It's really unfortunate what the government gets away with. The lies that they tell, the truth that they twist. I was watching a documentary the other night on CBC called "Why We Fight" about the american military industrial complex and the reasons for the war in Iraq. I don't want to get into specifics, but the amount of shit that governements get away with is depressing. I don't know how all these lies don't blow up in their face.
No point to this entry really. I haven't eaten yet so most of this probably doesn't follow a linear path of logic, rather its more likely to be a scatter brained post. That's alllllright as well.

working nights blooows. its not truly a night shift, but almost. 2.30 pm till 12 am. im all fucked up. after years of waking up at 5.30am i have to sleep in. im drinking 5x more coffee now. sumabitchs i say.
i'm not sure what's up with my cat right now either. she's in her terrible twos or something. she uses me as a chew toy. which is cute most of the time until she gets overly aggressive and draws blood. then we get in a boxing match. i win, i always do.

long distance relationships are hard. i thought i'd be good with my girlfriend moving away for the summer. but seeing her every three/four weeks does not cut it.

been awhile since i last updated.
went to cape breton and met the gf's family, they are nice, for the most part, save her mother when she gets boozin' then shes just mean. i feel more in love with that girl seeing where she came from and what kind of person she is.
took her up to her summer job 3.5 hours away. shes there until oct. god damned, but i can see her fairly often.
big alkaline trio show coming up! may 20.
then the weakerthans june 20! sweetness.
my friends are moving out of their house they've had for 3 years. which sucks. its in the middle of nowhere(a suburb, albeit with good bus routes) but for 3 years, this was the house where everyone would get together. so now im worried about all of us not seeing eachother this summer. anytime someone has moved out of that house, they've dropped off the face of the earth.
here's looking to an interesting summer im sure.
