So here I sit kinda bummed out.
I have a awesome family a beautiful wife of 12 years. We have 2 children together a 10 year old son and a 6 year old daughter.
My wife has a 16 year old daughter (from previous relationship) and I have a 16 year old daughter (from previous relationship)
My step daughter and I have a kick ass relationship. We get along great. Well I wish I could say the same for me and my daughter. It has been a rough 16 years. She was 1 year old when me and her mom split up and its been pretty rocky since then. Last week she told me I was a dead beat father because I spend more time with my other kids. She lives with her mother and the only time she she wants to come over is when her and her step father get into a fight.
I mentioned that too her and she flew off the handle and caused a giant fight. I try and try to talk to her about some of her actions and some of the things that she does wrong. (she has been caught stealing,has been caught doing drugs,drinking etc. etc.)
I was 16 years old once myself so I try to go easy on her.
the thing I cant handle is being lied too and I expressed that to her.
once again she flew off the handle and told me she wanted nothing to do with me and I was a piece of shit.
So for the last week ive been sitting here thinking about the what I have done wrong and how I could have changed things. For the life of me I cant think of anything at all and its bugging the shit out of me.
Ive left alot of little details out of this but im sure everyone can get the picture.
Sorry for venting on here I just felt the need to write this to get it off my chest.
