@asbo I've never found any peer-reviewed verification of "Project Monarch" so I don't know if I believe it exists or ever has existed - there's such a huge amount of misinformation regarding clandestine operations by governments and independent organizations that I pretty much am forced to only rely on works by credentialed professors at accredited institutions - a good portion of it is so incredibly stupid and unrealistic that I'm inclined to believe that the people who promulgate it are paid misinformation agents (like Alex Jones) - but they also could just be people trying to make a buck.  I have done a moderate amount of research into academic overviews of MKULTRA, however, and it is a particularly disturbing project.

@abso About 15% of the information regarding so-called "project monarch" seems plausible which neither makes it true nor untrue.  The rest of it is so detailed as to the methods and project nomenclature as to surely be fictional.  One would expect a covert project that has no credible source material to have only sparse details about its implementation, but these "monarch" advocates have nomenclature and techniques spelled out in such a way as to guarantee it to be the work of fiction.  One would expect the only credible information that could be constructed about such a project that is alleged to exist but has never been declassified to only have the recollections of its targets for verification.  Given that it is primarily about child abuse, one would expect those testimonies to be lacking in detail, procedure, and nomenclature - but the websites which describe its existence are quite specific which means they are pretty much guaranteed to be mostly nonsense.  Given my personal experience with ritualistic child abusers, I'm aware such techniques exist, but none of it really resembles the descriptions of "Project Monarch" other than the fact that the alleged "project" is focused on abusing children in a ritualized/religious setting.
