argh....i have discovered in the fashion world (as well as high end glamor), the difference between a good picture and a great picture is about 2 hours of photoshop work - esp when re-doing your ENTIRE printed portfolio.
if i don't answer emails or messages promptly...or sets are taking a bit longer than normal to prep - hoist a beer in my direction and realize i haven't seen daylight in a while as well as need to replace the nubbin on my stylus of my drawing tablet.
but that being said - i am shooting as much as i always do...so hit me up!

yow! when i asked to be busy and have an interesting life...i should watch out for what i ask for! if i haven't returned emails, pm's, im's, etc - i apologize, but i swear i read everything, reply in my head and then don't do it in real life...i suck. there is a light at the end of the tunnel and things should loosen up soon. thanks for the patience!
thanks for the hospitality of my friends and sg members in all my recent travels - LA (thanks fractal!), chicago, philly and today, i leave for phoenix to shoot at hellcity! big ups to alissaburnelli and durb for the invite! looking forward to seeing everyone and getting to shoot a day with fashion with taye...who has an amazing eye and i am looking forward to absorbing and learning.
tomorrow will suck - i get to drive around phoenix in a mustang GT-H and shoot fun things. yay!

ok...back from vegas. thanks to amina for the hospitality. lady luck didn't smile on me, but she didn't kick me in the nuts either - gamblingwise, i am up $7.50. (just for the record, i don't really gamble and won $12.50 on $5 at video poker at 5am while drinking)

vegas rocks. for the last 5 days, the weather has been great and the sunsets are beautiful:
thanks for the patience on anything that needs prepping, proofing or uploading in the last week because i showed up with not much else than my camera, a pair of sunglasses and lady luck on my arm.
gotta go - there's amina and motorcycles to shoot - if i bust my butt, i can make the elvis show at the Orleans at 8.

boston and NH was fun. discovered the joys of surgery via Wii - thanks scarlett as well as palo, lexie and bailey for the hospitality! philly was fun - got some good stories out of that one. thanks to anteros for being as useful and on his shit as usual. yay!
oh hell, my thanks list so far this year is longer than most people's senior thesis - you know who you are and i couldn't do what i do without your hospitality! yay!
