Hit the gym and my trainer used me as a guinea pig on a new interval training regiment she came up with. 8 one minute ab work outs straight into bicep and triceps then back to another 8 one minute ab routine. I was totally wiped but it was totally worth it. Got to get my summer bod ready for warmer weather :). Finishing off the night watching an awesome documentary on Ryan Blair, author of Nothing to Lose, Everything to gain. Message me if you want to check it out, trust me its worth watching.
