I keep coming up with all these iphone issues, so rather than flood twitter or the iphone group, I thought I'd post them hurr:

-I dislike that we can't change the apps the iphone came with, although someone taught me to add another black screen and move all the ones you don't want over there.

-HATE that texts aren't all time stamped.

-when i view the main list of recent texts, i can't see if the last one was from me or another person.

-texts just show up on the screen without warning.. instead of just a ringaling warning, the embarassing/private texts just pop up for everyone to see.

-i wish there was an indicator showing i have a message waiting, instead of me having to turn my screen on/off

-i do like waking up to the bell tower sound

-NEED google reader app

i dont have an iphone, but i have this sidekick-like thing that has the same texting problems. they just show up on the screen when received. which is rather unfortunate, since i'm usually talking about someone near me and how dumb they are or something like that. but, then it's gone and the screen is black and gives no indication of having gotten a text, so i look like i am desperate and have ocd by sliding my phone open every 5 minutes. an iphone sounds like something that i am clearly not prepared for.

I'm sorry, but the Great Muppet Caper is FAR superior to Manhattan. If only for the synchronized swimming number and the fashion scenes.

Also, I'm kind of jealous that you got an iphone. I have to wait till October.

you can scan all your membership cards and keep them in an album on your phone.
thins out your wallet and they can scan barcodes off the screen.

just trying to cheer up the iphone woes

Texting is a definite iPhone weakness.

No way that's insane, with Gordy from Bloc Party? WOW! So to help you with your iPhone issues.

The privacy thing with the iPhone is an issue. You can kill two of your issues with one stone here:

1.) The only way to stop the iPhone from displaying the contents of your text is to turn on the keypad security.

2.) It then pops up and says that you received a text message and the actual message itself is not displayed.

The down side is that you have type a pass code every time you want to use your phone and it's been asleep.

I created three screens. The first page has all of the social networking, communication apps along with the notes, maps and weather.

The second screen has my photos, camera, ipod, youtube, and media apps.

The third screen has the tools and apps I don't use or not that often like settings, clock, calculator, stocks, itunes store and apps store. I user the main bar at the bottom for Phone, Contact, Calendar and Mail.

Let me know how it works out.

I ran into the "No Pumping" law in Portland a couple of years ago. I didn't know NJ was the same way. I felt so violated when the strange man stuck his nozzle in my car and then asked for money. I hadn't had someone manhandle me like that in about 18 years. Whew...

First we should meet in person. But soon after, the babies can definitely start being made!

I bought the new iPhone and I love it. I don't text nearly as much as you do, I'm guessing.

no, they are just annoying immigrant kids who probably don't own a wii, so they jump on my house instead. i would like to kill them. a couple of summers ago, they broke my window and ran off to avoid confrontation. i had to call the cops and since i live behind a slumlord apt and there are 1200 kids who live there, it was impossible to figure out who was at fault.

do you notice sometimes on your call list that it will say you have called someone 12 times when you really only called them 2 or 3 times?
