Ok Im sitting outside and everytime I am out here my neighbors are yelling at eachother! It could be so peaceful! Is it ok to yell shut the fuck up? maybe? not really in my nature...

I have a great Idea.
Tape them then mix music to it maybe like David Holmes (Let’s Get Killed) or put some classical music as a background then send it to them in the mail.
They may get the message if not you would have done something constructive an may have some fun on the way.
