It's a little crazy, but I decided to start the Master Cleanse yesterday...OK, it's a lot crazy, but it's working.
This is the "Beyonce diet" where you eat nothing but the Master Cleanse lemonade drink (made with water, lemon, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper) for 10 days. (No, I'm not joking, those really are the ingredients. Believe it or not, they taste pretty good)
Well, cheers! *clink glasses* Down the hatch! Here's to dropping a few pounds, feeling healthier, but NOT losing my curves.
Anyone else tried this diet? Any thoughts?

How did the diet go? I did this once or twice but could never stomach the saltwater flush so I don't think it was very effective! I did feel super energized after the first day, but that also happens when I give up sugar.
