SLOWLY progressing resto-mod on my 1977 Impala Sport Coupe.

Waiting on $$ and a place to work.

Progress so far:

Front suspension-
Tubular control arms (5/8" ball joint) from Speed Tech, Tie Rod sleeves from Hotchkis, all other steering components from Moog. Large spindles and 12.25" x 2.25" vented rotors from a 71-76 GM B car, Moroso Wheel Studs. (not shown: Hotchkis 1-7/16" Sway bar with Heim-type end links, Hotchkis Lowering springs, QA-1 2-way adjustable shocks, and Energy Suspension booties and bump stops.

Rear Suspension-
'96 GM 8.5" rear axle, Eaton mid-bias clutch-type posi, GM 3.08:1 Ring and pinion, GM (spicer)1350 input Yoke, Moser 30-spline c-clip axles, Moser cap studs and gusseted aluminum cover, Moroso wheel studs, factory GM B-car disc brakes with vented/crossdrilled rotors. (not shown: Hotchkis tubular upper and lower control arms, Hotchkis 1-1/8" rear sway bar, Hotchkis lowering springs, Air Lift in-coil air bags, QA-1 2-way adjustable shocks, and Energy suspension booties and bump stops

Engine/Trans:
454 Chevy at about 400-425 hp (eventually 530 horse or so), Hooker Super-Comp 2" primary to 3" collector full-length headers (eventually in stainless, but plain steel for mockup), factory A/C brackets, Hydraulic slave bellhousing from 88 Chevy P/U, SFI approved Steel Flywheel, 11" GM clutch, NOS MY6 (new process) wide-ratio 4-speed OD (3.06, 2.68 1.00 and 0.73:1) with 1350 output yoke
