The above advice is good (I'm a former piercer). I would also recommend a sea salt soak in room temperature bottled water. Sanitize the bowl with alcohol or bactine and pour the water and sea salt in it. It's a little awkward to dip your nips in a bowl but I swear it helps. I am also a big fan of Bactine but don't use it more than twice a day. Don't touch your nips unless you've JUST washed your hands.
