They look good to me! I'm not terribly good at figure drawing, so I'm impressed. The best advice I can think of, for any artist really, is to just keep doing it and to know what your weaknesses are and not to shy away from them, to work with them constantly. I usually get stuck on something and just stop and think, "eh, that'll do," and I've been working to kill that mentality, to keep working on something until it's right. Just try to make what you do the best it can be, yeah?

Your proportions are good. The only thing I would say is work on softening your touch on shading. By that I mean, there should be a nice gradual blend from dark to light. once it's blended well you can sort of turn up the contrast and make darker shadows blacker and highlights brighter. let the shadows and highlights accent the forms more than the edges being defined by a hard line. But in the case of a "line" drawing like I would do for a quick consult or "study" drawing, the lines are everything and should appear more crisp. In that case the shading is just a bonus to help sell it. It all depends on the style and look you're going for.

But I'd say you're doing great and definitely keep it up.
