I had an all around strangely good night on Sunday... I stopped by my parents' for the weekend, and on the way out the door I decided to go searching for things that I had left behind... in particular a USB memory stick I had been looking for... in my searching I came across the vast majority of mp3s that I stole during college. This development really kicked ass for two reasons:
First off I finally got the four cool Magic Dave songs back that I have been looking for all over the place
More importantly, I rediscovered one of my favorite defunct local bands from back at college. I had actually completely forgotten about them, but as I was looking through these old cds I came across Simon again, and frankly I havn't been able to stop listening to them all day... wicked sweet.
Oh... and as I was re-hooking up my Tivo last night I came across that memory stick that I was so sure wasn't in my apartment... it was under my entertainment center... haha

Ok... so my ex of... oh I dunno... a little under two months is getting married... NEXT MONTH~!
Have I mentioned that she has not seen the guy that she is marrying since she broke up with me... I know I shouldn't care... I know I probably shouldn't even know this information, but holy shit is that fucking crazy. This was very much a "holy shit" moment.

Well... I went to all the trouble of a copy and paste of my myspace favorites lists, and it cut them off... damn... oh well.
It occurs to me that I have been on this site for quite some time and I have absolutely no friends on here. I guess it happens when you havn't contributed in years as well.

I sometimes wonder if I seek out situations that will make me miserable. Whether somewhere deep inside this aparently warped mind of mine my keen skills of perception combine with a deep feeling of self loathing to find only things that will make me want to stick sharp objects into my eye. I thought that maybe I had turned a corner a while ago... oh well, this is all very whiney of me, so I think I'll just stop... this doesn't really do anyone any good.
I am not by far the world's biggest wrestling fan, but the ROH show in Philly on sunday at the very least made me a bigger one. It was my first live Ring of Honor show and I don't know how it could have been better. Don't want to go too far into it, but Joe and Low Ki vs. Kobashi and Homicide was unreal, and James Gibson vs Roderick Strong was the second time this year that I had to deal with being pissed off at how good a match was because one of the wrestlers was going back the that shit hole known as the WWE... (the other being Matt Hardy vs. AJ Styles)
So, I finally get to see Roger Clemens live and in person, and what does he do?
Pitches his worst game of the season.
Is it sad that I'm depressed my home team did well?
only 4 more days til I can have a day off...

The beauty of carpooling:
When the person you are carpooling with has to go home on time (and not work overtime) you have to go as well.
11 down 7 to go.

It's late and I seem to be listening to only music that reminds me of ex-girlfriends and cancelled TV shows... weird.
