a promise made bout not kept..
You could be mad because some doesnt want to promise you something, but you are gonna be SUPER ANGRY if they promise you something and give you less than nothing.

broken promises are worse I would say.
One of my bosses mottoes: "Under Promise, Over Deliver", makes sense to me.
