So i'm spending my Saturday afternoon with my cornsnake Apollo, a couple of guitars, and good friends. Things could be better, but they could also be much much worse. I'm officially back on the job market for the first time since moving to Arizona and although i'm a little freaked out, it's also envigorating to have all of this freedom again. Plans for the upcoming spring include: going back home to Detroit for a visit, going whitewater rafting, getting some new ink, going to the zoo, and recording some new music....we'll see how much of that i actually get done though :p ..That whole "grass is greener.." thing is funny....despite the differences, it seems from my experience that every place that i go is pretty much the same as the last. I don't mean that in a bad way, just an observation. I wish we had a nice big park close to here, i want to smoke a blunt and go on the damn swings, maybe have a BBQ and a cooler full of ice cold brews. mmmm meat and beer
