i spent my birthday with a close mate of mine....u know who u are skater boy!! so cool.........he took me to seaworld here on the gold coast..........got us a room at seaworld resort so we could get messy...such a sweet thing aint he????
i was planning to do a swim with the dolphins..........cos i had this thing were all i wanted to do for my birthday was be in or near the water..............{my original plan was to get hooked up with a houseboat and wear a cute captains hat and spend the day in the sun throwing my friends overboard,,,but the boat guy is a toss who doesn't want to see sexy bitches have fun,, getting drunk and getting wet...yeah like i said..wanker!!}..............so anyway...back to seaworld............
me lovely skater friend got us a sweet deal..tickets to the park,,a room with a view,,and he gets me a ticket to swim with SHARKS! yeah.......not the cute friendly dolphins like i was first thinking of... but the sharp toothed..people eating kind of sharks....fucking what?!!!! ok so im thinking this guy wants me to get my adrenain going then huh? so decide to man up and i absolutely loved it!!
it was hell more scary just looking into the tank from the underwater viewing area thinking "im getting in the tank with those guys?...fuck im dead" but once i got me wetsuit on and watched a boring video about hand signals i was just like" yeah jack splash lets just get in there"
in the tank with sharks is such an amazing feeling.........surreal...i highly recommend it to everyone!!!
....be brave .......dive deep .....{have someone taking pictures}..........and just enjoy being part of something so amazing...................
once ur in the water...u really dont feel scarred of aything...well besides if a crazy little hammer head tries something ...they are cheeky shits!!!...........its more like a feeling of wonder...ur exploring a world totally apart from our own.........no egos........no superficiality........just creatures of the deep.........and u in a wetsuit.....
its an amazing feeling.............do urself a favour and jump in a tank with sharks before u die.........
its a great way to feel empowered to come back out and take on the world....so who's ready??????????
