truth, i work for friends and they are low on staff...I am just trying to help them out.
unfortunately, my act of goodwill has taken a toll on my well being. I am now sick as a dog. woof.
that whole cleanse i was going to do lasted 3 days when i noticed that i was getting sickly. perhaps the cleanse jump started the inevitable....either way, me sick.

hopefully i will have wednesday off. if so, i am running of to my little beach oasis for a day/night of R&R.
