Just lovely. Went out to chop up some wood so the family could have a lil fire tonight and end up being swarmed by yellow jackets. OUCH.
So there i was stripping down running through the yard with my shirt flying above my head in an attempt to swat the damn things away while my daughter is laughing her head off thinking im playing some silly game or something. LOL
Im ok, i had a think layer of clothes on and when I started pulling them off, most of the yellow jackets stayed with the clothes. My lucky ass was covered in the pest from head to toe and some how managed to only get stung once.
I did find the nest and took care of it in a most affective way. I drowned them with gasoline.
So yea, that is my day so far...... how's your day going?

Sorry to hear about your dog 
After we took our son inside after being stung the neighbours could hear him screaming from inside their house. It was not good. He was on benadryl for more than a week before the swelling and itching went away. Poor kid had them all over his body. Would have been a lot worse if Shabs hadn't grabbed him. Our son panicked and just stood there screaming. He was wearing a black t shirt and there was so many on him that you could hardly see any black. Glad your little girl didn't get stung.
