Had an awesome idea tonight. I was listening to daft punk's rollin and scratchin and could feel what notes were going to come next. I was pretty high, and it's a good song that I know, but I've never been able to actually feel almost exactly what notes and how the song was going to go before. Now I'm thinking about starting a research committee to investigate whether or not pot actually increases your psychic abilities. I got the idea from Super High Me, the movie done by Michael Blieden and starring Doug Benson. If you haven't heard of the movie, Benson has to not smoke pot for 30 days, and then the next 30 days he had to constantly be high. At one point in the movie he takes a test to measure psychic ability. He scores much higher on the test while he is stoned than when he was sober. This got me into thinking about doing a real scientific study with my university, or maybe even Emory. Hopefully between the two schools someone would be interested in doing something like this. I know that if I was a professor I would be the first one to sign up. Anyway, I'll let everyone here know how things turn out, and I might start to post my psychic occurrences when I'm high. Let me know if you or anyone you know has had anything like this happen to them, and I'll try to keep track of all of them for evidence to suggest that this might be true.
