What are you doing today?
My legs are sore and stiff after a crazy leg focused week. 3 sessions of heavy squats and two sessions of deadlifts have taken it's toll. The things we do just to get that new one rep max, that little bit of definition, those extra pounds of muscle or just cause we are sick people who enjoy the pain.
So today I'm gonna do low intensity back and arms, plus a WOD i haven't decided on yet... there will be no deadlifts or squats though! that much i can promise you. They deserve a rest day... I, however, DO NOT!
