We've had unseasonably warm weather this month, as seems to be the norm across the East Coast. I don't mind it, I'm not a fan of winter. Although I'm also not a fan of these yucky rainy days we've been having (but I'll take rain over snow anyday!). Thankfully there was a break in the rain and I was able to have the most wonderful time with Karma and family over the weekend! Can't wait for our cookie baking date this week
I'm trying very had to not spend a lot of money on Christmas gifts this year (or really spend any money at all). Many family members will be getting one of my dishcloths, and friends will be getting hand painted wine glasses. I want to make some food gifts as well, but really need to settle on what I want to make. Cookies are a definite, and probably some Muddy Buddies and a Chesapeake Chex Mix. I better get my butt in gear though, Christmas is only two weeks away! ![]()

Speaking of countdowns, only 11 days until "The End of the World". Are you going to any parties or doing anything fun to "celebrate"? We're having a Girls Night and venturing to Hampden's Miracle on 34th Street in our best ugly Christmas sweaters

Put some gifts under my tree?
Batman - Christmas - Apartment
(This is basically me being too lazy to pick and choose what pictures to post.)
Heart is ... beating.
A lot goes on in my boring life. It's mostly work with a little bit of play here and there. But clearly I've been too busy to sit down and do a photo dump. It'll happen, eventually, I promise. I've been sorting photos and I either need to stop taking so many pictures or stop promising photoblogs, haha. But for now, picture some vanity, lots of yummy food, silly faces, dishcloths, Batman, adventures, and no pants
On a side-note, twenty five has been good to me so far. It's only been ten days but I'm really looking forward to the next twelve months (provided we don't all die on December 21st!). I received some wonderful gifts from my wishlist (Thanks BrassBrancroft and two mystery gift givers!) and had the most wonderful week-long celebrations
Holidays are coming up and I'm already up to my ears in to-do lists, recipes, DIY ideas, and yarn. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and am going to try my damndest not to turn into my mother

Life really is good.
One until 25!!!
Stay tuned, October photo dump is on the way!
Still planning on having SPANKSgiving at my apartment the Saturday after Thanksgiving (November 24th). If you are definitely planning on attending please let me know. If you are coming from out of state arrangements can be made to pick you up from Mega/Bolt/Greyhound or the Amtrak. If you're planning on staying overnight I need to know that as well. I do have plenty of floor space and a comfy couch. Maybe if you're real good I'll even let you in my bed
That's all for now!

Recap: Lots of awesomeness.
