hey to all..

mi bike got fuking stolen..i goto so pissed off i wahted to smash some one's head on the floor...but now is gon and i can't do nothing about it.
so carpe diem and keep on going.

to classes to give and then all the way to bed. good thing is that i can take my dog to the yoga studio so he gets his walk double time, going and geting back.
