ok, i think i am ready. 4 soups are done (gazpacho, cream of onion, tom yam, and strawberry cream). 6 appetizers are done. turkey and other "meat" is ready to go (even though i don't eat that stuff). have to get up at 6am to start cooking again.....
tomorrow is the small family about 25. tuesday is the big one -- 50+.

Oh, well, someone has to do it, it´s best to do it who knows how to do it good, I´m the worst cook in the world, so no one asks me to do the Christmas dinner
