made it out of saudi arabia in one piece -- now my holiday tour of questionable governments continues with.....viet nam......
its funny when i travel, pretty much everyone i meet asks me "what is wrong with the US people? why are they so crazy....." when a guy in Ryiadh -- where the government chops of your hand for possession of pornography -- is asking you that, you really have to wonder about the sanity of your country.......
anyway, two hours to Hanoi.....or as the Beastie boys would say, "no sleep till ho chi minh......"

Sanity is just collective perception of reality...but still, I often wonder the same thing. Happy & safe travels to you!
