Well, I did it.
I booked myself on a flight. On a P L A N E.
Paris in September and 6 months of fear await me.
Tell me it'll all be OK.
Nowt much else of interest to report. This week I have worked 9 to 5 in my cosy little world of admin apart from wednesday when I worked until half 7.
Tuesday night involved a trip to The Arc studios. A fine rehearsal studio it is too. First visit there and was thoroughly satisfied with what I found. Lo-Fi (our usual haunt) is all laminate flooring and leather couches but it just lacks a certain I don't know what.
Gig in 8 days. The Vale - Saturday 8 April, £3 at the door. O Come All Ye Faithful!
My lady's dog was mauled today by a rogue duo of strays. She had to flee from Rufus to get it to the vet and £99 worth of operation later it is doped up to the eyeballs with stitches all over its legs.
Poor wee thing.
