Its getting hard. I have lost 156 pounds and got 143 to go. Its been hard trying to get the walking in while I have been sick. I'm trying to do it the best I can. No junk food no late night eating just one meal a day and a lot of juice. The one thing I need to give up is my cokes but that aint going to happen. I just got to have my cokes. I need to kick it up a notch and really go for the big push since I'm over the half way point. Soon as I'm over being sick thats what I'm going to do.
