Tis' my B-Day!!! I took the entire week off to enjoy life and chill. Also, I'm trying to find where life will take me next... long story and not exciting enough to tell you about. Currently I'm playing Halo 3 on XBox Live, drinking lots of red ale and watching Weeds with some great friends... my idea of a chill week and I love it!!!

Well, I moved into my new house about 10 days ago. Here's a list of things I never appreciated until I didn't have them:
1. A shower curtain
2. Good air conditioning that works when it's 112 degrees outside
3. Internet
4. A washing machine that I can actually plug in (long story)
5. Clean sheets instead of a mattress cover
6. SG
7. A vacuum
8. CNN when I get home from work
The good news is I got the shower curtain, the vacuum and AC. However, I only have SG for the next 5 minutes while I'm in this coffee shop... the rest should be within reach soon enough though... hopefully.
Farewell for now SG friends! I'll be back soon! (Hopefully)

I finally bought my first house yesterday!!! After the most stressful month on record I picked up my keys around 5:00 pm.

Update 1: SG's and Members were able to help save Temper from getting locked up! A big Thank You to everyone who helped support her!

Some of the SG Germany girls even set up a Worn Panties for Freedom fund raiser. Interesting idea, I'm sure someone will be interested.

Who would have thought I would have this much TROUBLE getting into a house? My loan broker sucks DONKEY BALLS and I have great credit... the works. I should be good to go but I'm not. The house is just kinda expensive I guess. Anyway, it's stressing the hell out of me....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a house!
I've been looking around with a buddy of mine in the downtown Phoenix area. I'm a big fan of being able to ride the Light Rail when it starts running in December and the area just has a great feel. I've been hanging out a lot down there and I've found some great places to eat like Fez, Switch, Fate, Coronado Cafe and Chevronte. Everyone seems really laid back and cool - totally different from Scottsdale.
Long story short, my friend and I found a great realtor about a week ago, checked out like 15 different houses and condos with her and this house was EXACTLY what I wanted. The whole thing has been recently remodeled - they went all out - and I love it. It even has an attached guest house I can rent out to another friend of mine! Sweet! They accepted the offer this morning but there's still a lot of stuff that needs to get taken care of in the next month. If all goes well I get the keys on June 19th. Wish me luck!!!
On another note, I had the worst date ever in my life last weekend. I won't bore you with the details... but I would just like to mention one more time that dating sucks!
