So, let me get this straight, 6 days from the 2 year anniversary of my claim being filed and the VA is just NOW sending out a letter to the Vet Center just a few miles away to get more information from them? Are you fucking kidding me? And there is apparently no direct line to the regional office (so I'm told by the main office) that is handling my claim so I can ask them what the hold up has been and what I can offer as a lever to help them pull their collective heads from their collective asses. I couldn't be more pissed off right now.
