So as it turns out my fucking landlord has not paid his mortgage since June '09 and has been issued a summons to appear in foreclosure court. I've only been here since October and that fucker hasn't paid the mortgage since MOTHER FUCKING JUNE!!!

Now I have to move AGAIN!!! After dropping 5k on the last move ONLY SIX MONTHS AGO. And they had the nerve to ask for a FUCKING pet deposit!!! SON OF A WHORE!!!

I'm getting ready for St Paddy's Day. I bought my self a crock pot, and a big bottle of Jamison today. I can't wait to make my own corned beef and cabbage.

I'm still alive!! The blizzard is over and we finally have power and interweb back!!
I had a hellish ride to work Thursday night. A guy from security came and picked me up in the hospital 4x4. Even in that we had no business being on the road. For some reason I was deemed a priority pick up. I guess maybe because I can run the hospital switchboard. What is normally a ten minute drive took us an hour. We could only see three feet in front of the jeep and were dodging downed trees and power lines all the way. The snow was so bad that snow plows were getting suck. Thanks to the security guards mad driving skills I made it to work in one piece.
An hour in to my shift (around 2am) we lost power, and the back up generators failed, ,then computers, then phones, then the battery back up system failed. ER nurses had to treat patients using only flashlights and glowsticks to see by. It was the worst night at work that I had ever had.
The generator came on at 6am, and my relief that should have been there at 7am never show. I know this was going to happen no way was any one else getting through that storm. I finally clocked out at 1pm and had no way to get home so I volunteered to the overnight shift on Friday night as well. There was no reason that anyone else had to risk there life to get to work when I was already there. The nursing supervisor provided me with a bed in the Same-Day-Surgery wing and plate of food.
Friday night was thankfully uneventful with the exception of me getting tolled to go screw myself by the prick of an OB/GYN doctor who I had to call-in to do emergency surgery. The hospital administrator reminded him of his responsibilities however so he came in anyway to preform the surgery.
Saturday morning I finally got to go home but I had no power or water. My girlfriend was a nervous wreck by the time I got home even though I keep her updated on my well being though out my two and a half day stay at work. We sat on the couch and cuddled for a good part of the morning. Later I help the landlord dig out because he couldn't get a plow to come because it was so bad. They said we ended up with something like 50 inches of snow since it stated on Wednesday.
Did I mention how much I hate winter
And now it's Sunday and I have to go back to work. You would think I would get a night off for all the hell I went through.
