In Vegas at the 48 Hours Festival signing people up to be bone marrow donors. So much fun and definitely coming back next year if they bring it back.
Anyone here? Staying at the MGM Grand and flying back to Denver tomorrow evening.
This is a jam-packed month! Came to Vegas last minute this weekend, going to Phoenix next weekend for my leadership program weekend... Makes me feel alive to have so much going on.
Right now, my roommates are out getting dinner. I opted to stay in and shower. Besides, I want to get some studying in since I have a calc exam Monday morning. I think I'm going to take my backpack with me tomorrow and do some homework if I can fit it in. I ended up having some down-time today... but then again, I'm leaving before the night ends tomorrow because my flight out of here is at 8:30.
This trip really was a fantastic trip! I'm so happy that Rob's girlfriend is awesome because that last Vegas trip sucked my ass. Coming out here for this was so worth it! I like that I don't drink anymore too. Makes life so much easier and I feel healthier for it.
I've been feening for being healthy lately too. Rob and his girlfriend eat like shit and don't drink any water so, after driving from Denver to Vegas and checking in to our room, I decided to take the stairs (down and back up 18 flights) for some exercise and I was the only one that got a salad for dinner last night... well, I originally wanted a salad and I think they felt bad or something so they ordered a salad... with their burgers, cokes and frosties. I don't mean to talk shit but it really made me want to eat healthy and go on a hike or something just watching them. They decided to go out for food at midnight. I'm not really hungry, but I might go down to the cafe and get a salad or something. We're supposed to have our food paid for but I had no desire to go walk anywhere.
Anyway, just wanted to update real quick since I got access to a computer and I have the room to myself.
