This weekend was the Peoples Arts Festival at the Russel Industrial Center. The Russel is a huge factory that's been converted into artists' studios and galleries. This was a 2 day event with artists booths and music. It was the third year they had it but the first time I went. I went both days and had a great time. My only regret is that I missed the segment of films that were made by disabled filmmakers.
