I have been working in a crazy mansion on the lake in kelowna, doing a huge meat roast tonight on an open fire pi . gonna be out of control ,
so i looked out my window a few nights ago and a crazy skull cloud was looking back at me. i ish i would have had my phone closer, by the time i snapped a pic it started to dissolve abit , check it out tho so cool.

Second, I have been offered a few private chef positions for the summer and I would like some help deciding where to go..1st on is on a 45 foot sail boat that manly lives in the Caribbean, nice people, French, and extremely wealthy, the wife is my age and super hot..... kina risky,2nd a family from spain wants me to move into one of there homes, take care of the place and cook for them and there friends when ever they show up, 3rd is a chef position near a lake out side of Zurich, I am not really that travelled and have a slight fear of large boats, What do you people think...I would love some insight on these foreign places, pros , cons....

Went Heli shredding, it was neat...first nice sunny session of 13, alwasy snow but rarley sun shine...good dayI am very helpful, I go out of my way to ensure the success of my entire team. Where do you draw the line? I realized today that a co worker that ive been breaking my back to help is just taking advantage of me. I am on salary so extra hours dont equal extra pay, and I have put in a shit ton of hours trying to get a new employee up to speed. She slipped up today and now the cats out of the bag....Should I fire her? write ups do squat...I am going to sleep on this one...Any SG advice??? I am all ears
