just did some exercises outside in the GA heat with my 30 pound dumbbells still sore from yesterday losing weight is a pain in the ass...............

i went to the gym today and thought i was going to die but i made it and will be going again i am sore but going to the gym will make me feel better in the long run so i will continue!!!!!
