Just retired by last Garde Manger menu item this week!
Balsamic, Hedgehog mushroom puree with shallots and garlic, vibrant arugula puree with grains of paradise, homemade ricotta with togarashi, meyer lemon and fleur de sel, delicate ricotta cake tossed in organic olive oil, kalamata,sherry vinaigrette, persimmon vinaigrette with white wine vinegar and lime, sauteed hedgehog mushrooms with red wine essence, micro arugula and arugula blossoms.
Enjoyed making my own ricotta every day or so, but it was about time to move on.
