I'm so sorry. I have also been burned by the verbal contract thing.

I hate how expensive the IV is, it's criminal. I wish that more research would be done on Lyme, so that insurance companies would understand that it isn't one of those things that just vanishes after you start treatment. Paying out the ass for another 6 weeks of agonizing treatment that makes you (somehow) feel even more sick? It's a god damn lose-lose.

My sympathies with your medical issues. A friend of mine has Lyme and it's a shame how little it's being researched. My wife has run into inept, uncaring doctors and nursing staff with her various aches and woes; they finally realized she has fibromyalgia, amongst other things. Hopefully someday soon the medical community will get their heads out of their asses and start trying to help sick people instead of make money.

man that blows and i am sorry your going through that. I wouldnt know what to do without insurance dealing with stuff i have medically and is the only reason why i am a correction officer in NYS is because of the medical. I believe with a verbal contract in NY state you can take them to small claims court, its only a 35 dollar filing fee and since you have visual proof of work done that will help you win
