Have you tried putting cold hands on your head? Sounds silly but it's how I cure my migraines.

i personally went for bankruptcy for the debt .. feels good to be rid of the credit .. yet so tempting ... good to be rid of the visa and mastercard as a whole .. there are lots of things you really don't need
