Soooo my Doc recommends a 2 day cleanse to see if chronic residual sprained ankle inflammation might clear up on its own. I'm down with it - but what then? Need best 'comeback' plan come Thursday evening. I want to go all natural, but getting framily feedback advising mass quantities of vitamins and probiotics in pill form - soooo what to do? Help!

I would recommend the vitamins though and there are pills with multi vitamins though. Sad to say you have got to try the vitamin alternative your body might be malfunctioning cause due to a lack of vitamins but the good thing is that youll be able to stop taking them when you feel a change in your body. A change in your diet also helps man. Try a one week vegan diet :)
