SO 4 weeks ago I began this new workout fade, I'm sure some people have heard of it.. it's called Crossfit. Well yesterday was my last training class, had to complete 6 before I could be "Official", its been a great experience and the workouts are extreme, but how can you trade a workout that lasts anywhere between 6-20 minutes for a long drawn out cardio or weightlifting session that people spend hours doing.
I'm also excited because this saturday is the Scottish Festival and HIghland Games here in Hawaii... I've been here 8 yrs and wouldnt have thought the Scotts would have made there way to this island. But it's here and seems to have been an Annual event, where the fuck have I been?? buahaha, so yea I'm gunna hit it up with some friends maybe, maybe drink some Scottish brew and try the Haggas, I watched them make haggas on tv yesterday on that "Bizarre Foods" show and so after that Im scared to try it...
