I am not sure what my internet status will be from now on til I go so I'm gonna ay bye just in case! Though I will probably be on here freaking out before then just the same!
Today i leave my job of 3 and a half years and I know its gonna be Niagara Falls baby....
This evening I leave Portsmouth behind.
Saturday I say goodbye ot the UK and hopefully some of you lot will be there!
Sunday I fly back to Ireland for 3 days.
Thursday I go to Canada for 13 weeks!
Aggghhhhh! Real monsters!

Last night I had a delightful meal at Rosie's Wine Tavern. Yummers!
Brie is filo pastry with red berry sauce followed by slow cooked chicken wrapped in parma ham with some kinda yummy cous cous finished off with a lovely bottle of white. The work people that matter the most were there and myself and Carrin realised that actually, we're gonna miss them terribly!
I finish next Thursday and I can tell already its gonna be Niagra Falls baby!
But before that I have Reading Festival! Woooo! I'm off today and I'll be back Monday. Don't miss me too much!

Oh Henry Rollins, the most entertaining and inspirational angry man I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. He is challenging and thought provoking and down right interesting too! I emailed him to recommend me a good book about world politics cause I just don't know a lot about how the world really functions. He has kindly responded and my first read is The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein which I will be beginning just as soon as I finish Dexter in the Dark. Anyone already read it? I will let you know my thoughts and opinions when I'm done!
On Thursday I went for my second last cocktail night bitching session with the girls from work. Oh how many a secret has been divulged over Jagerita's in the The Registry. Le sigh.
On Friday it was my staff summer party and the theme - Mexican Fiesta! There was a free bar and there was fancy dress. I went looking like this....
And I won best costume! Woooo!
Myself and 2 of my friends also won group karaoke for The Bloodhound Gang - The Bad Touch. If you ever want to find something hilarious then you should hear an English, an Irish and a Scottish singing that song.
Oh i got very drunk and I was hung over for about 8 hours the nest day....
Saturday was board games and pizza night with some of the lovely SGUK lot and some dodgy outsiders! Eight of us enjoyed a fun filled evening if Unspeakable Words, Zombies and an evil game which proves girls don't know left from right. Everyone was lots of fun and I had an immensley fun evening. Specially cause I won at Zombies! Wooo!

* Booked my flights for canada
* Got travel insurance (sadly no winter sports for Rhia as i entirely can' afford it
)
* Paid all my final bills
* Sorted out my phone contract for going
* Organised leaving drinks in Pompey, Londinium and Belfast
* Cancell my beloved gym membership
* Got contact lenses (now I remember how much I hate poking mysef in the eye!)
* Set up mail redirection
* Paid the last of my wrestling fees
I can say I am as poor as a church mouse and there is still more to go! Argh!

Gone With The Wind at the cinema! I had to go all by myself cause no one else wanted to go but I didn't care cause its my favourite movie ever! And it was sold out, mostly by the purple rinse brigade, but hey! I thought it was entirely magical!
Tuesday
Hellboy 2! Not as good as the first one but a very fun summer movie There is one bit where the whole cinema was laughing out loud and that was great. The effects were amazing as was the fighting. And I got uber excited seeing firemonkey's name in the credits!
Wednesday
Drinkies with my homeboys Arthur and Graham! Now both engaged within a week of each other! Meep!
Tonight
I'm off to cocktail night with the girlies from work for some Jagerita's and then off to a rock night in Pompey I have never been to cause its midweek!
Tomorrow
I'm seeing the wonderful munch and his current musical escapade The Small Mercies! Yay! Anyone in th Pompey area should definately come down the Fawcett Inn for one!
