Hey all,

I hope this finds you well and good and enjoying your winter.

My personal journey has always been away from my natural self destructive tendencies and towards happiness and balance.

Tiny things can set off my "fuck I wish I were dead" response. A small loss - even less significant, a small non-victory, can send my mood spiraling.

I want to keep working and gain control of my monkey mind. Its a long journey, and I have a long way to go.

Pet Report: Bacchus and Vindaloo are fine. Tonight as I walked the Bachster I saw my neighbor, who posted signs last week alerting the neighborhood to her missing cat. I asked her about it - she said the cat was hit by a car and died. Love your pets.
