I am dripping with sweat after a four mile hill run. There is one hill on my post and I ran it. A lot. So a quick hydration break and then it's off to the gym for actual weights. Fun!

Settling in here in loverly Iraq. Weather sucks as usual. The job looks like it'll be maddening, but interesting.
