Been a very long week. Sunday I finally decided to go for a run after being intimidated by it for 6 years. Found out a mile and a half really wasn't too bad. My dog definitely helped pace me though, found out later my neighbors had taken her to the river earlier that day, no wonder she was dragging ass. From Monday on I've ridden my bike at least 25 miles each day, and sprinkled in some power yoga classes including two yesterday back to back, and I am beat. I don't think I am going to do anything today...other than work.
I got my new lib tech skateboard today, psyched to try it out now that the weather is beautiful!! Decided I love their snowboards so much I'll give their skates a shot. ALthough my wrist is still fucked up from 4 weeks ago snowboarding which has proven to be problematic in yoga. That also bothers me because I haven't been able to work on my handstand.
Well I guess it is time to put the snowboarding equipment away for the season
Time to brush the dust off the skateboard.
Invest now!!!
So I've never been a gambler which is why I never played the stock market, but the global economic failure could have never been predicted. We are all very fortunate to be relatively young, and even if you have $100 to invest with ameritrade, etc. A substantial gain could be realized. There definitely are some key companies that the US economy cannot do without, so our government will step in and help them out, which in the short term 1 yr or less, can seem like money is being thrown away but $100 over a 2 year time frame could really grow a lot higher. There are so many undervalued stocks right now like ING, it really is a once in a lifetime opportunity in my humble opinion.

Heading up to Maine to take my girlfriend to a Bed and Breakfast since she has never been. Hopefully going to hit sugarloaf and get the few days of riding left in. Hopefully I'll get some kick ass pics too!!
Park City was a bust this year. Riding on Wednesday was bulletproof. It warmed up a bit and was like spring riding but apparently they just got blasted yesterday...bad timing. Oh well, hopefully there'll be some snow left up in NH.

What a crazy month this is going to be...almost 4 weeks away from home. Going to Bulgaria for two weeks where my girlfriend is from, then Italy for a week and a half, craziness. Hopefully I'll get some kick ass photos though.
I love Yoga! I have not been introduced to something so amazing since snowboarding, before that diving, and before that skateboarding. I did my first peacock last night, where you put your elbows on your hips, balance and support your weight. It is funny how your subconscious really plays tricks on you...telling you there is no way in hell you can accomplish something so strange, then your conscious says fuck it, might as well try it, then you surprise yourself. Where did the self-limiting beliefs come from?
