i've been listening to A Perfect Circle at least once a day. one song particular is always in the set: Passive. it's just a cover song and eMotive was overall a crappy album (anyone hear the cover of When the Levee Breaks? yeesh!). but i've listened to that one song nearly everyday for about three months now. it....just sounds so fucking good. the part changes are just right. i even love how Billy made the back-up vocals a very high and dissonent chord. that kind of stuff takes balls, because it's rarely done right.

wow, i was really reaching for anything to fill up this journal space, huh?

Aw that is a great song. Everyone needs their own little spot of sunshine. I like APC's cover of Imagine. It makes me cry every time. I don't LOVE eMotive but I like it enough. I made a point to buy it on election day to prove a point and to support APC ofcourse. That version of Levee was pretty not good.

Do you have Emotion? There are some really great videos on there. My favorite one is the video for Blue. Disturbing but good. Maynard talks about the stories behind most of the songs. I can't wait for them to tour again. And when that happens I hope that you are here to go with me.
