It's back on the road for round two of the tour. We're spending the entire week like rockstars at the Riot place. Actually it's the Hyatt place, and we're nothing like rockstars. Come on, we're going to bed at 10pm.

I'll be in the NC Triangle area until next Monday (10/13) if anybody wants to do an evening out. I have transportation. Also there is a public performance of Sleepy Hollow Wed. Oct. 8th at the Person County Public Library, 319 S. Main Street, Roxboro NC 27573 (Yeah, I know, where the hell is that?) if anyone has the hankerin' the see me act. Kids are optional, although it's really more suited for them.

It's the end of the month, I figure I should write something.

So I just got passed over for the first summer Shakespeare show in the nine seasons I've been doing it. I know it shouldn't be that big a deal, but I really kind of bummed about it. People are probably tired of seeing my face anyway. I do have one more weekend of Antony & Cleopatra left. Actually I feel really lucky to play the role of Enobarbus, it's a fun role and I like it. The show has had it's ups and downs, and there are some things I wish I could change about it, but it really turned out better than I thought it would. At the end of July I'll start work on Doctor Faustus. I'm looking forward to that. Also in September and October I'll be heading out on tour with a children's theatre company. It's a professional show, but it will just be me and one other person on the road for two months. I'm a bit nervous about it.

Well at least I'll have a fraction of free time on my hands this summer.

What the fuck is up with gas prices? I remember when it was $1 a gallon. Hell it wasn't even this expensive in the post Katrina days.

I'm still alive and literally working on five projects at once. I just finished up acting in a show called The White Rose, now I'm working on Antony & Cleopatra for the summer Shakespeare season, which opens next Friday. I play Enobarbus. It's a good role. I also have two lighting designs coming up and am in the preliminary stages of directing Doctor Faustus which will be the final show of the season in September. Hopefully I can make it until then.
