The summer is winding down. This week I'm finishing up my final lighting design for a theater out in Burnsville NC. Macbeth opens next weekend. That will be the final summer show for me this season. It's been a hectic, and sometimes stressful summer, but it's been a good one. I just wish I could have gone somewhere. Things aren't really slowing down though. I have more lighting designs on the horizon, a production of Hamlet in November, as well as a show I'll be directing in Jan/Feb.
Maybe now I'll have some time to clean my room.

Sounds like you're busy, which is usually a good thing. 
Weren't you saying before that you didn't get enough theater stuff to do outside of the summer stuff? Or am I making that up?
Also, first graders don't take naps, anymore. 2.5 hours of literacy every day... NO NAPS!
