Well I just got back from seeing my ex, ex, ex boyfriend. It was alright and then he got a little weird. He was saying stuff like "it was a bad idea to see me". So that kinda freaked me out. He ended up only staying for 4 and a half hours. It takes 2 hours to get to me and he had to take the bus so it cost him $40 for the day. Crazy. I was happy to see him though. I think maybe he thought something was going to happen between us, I don't know. He didn't want to talk about anything and then just kinda took off. But it was really cool to see him.

Boys are strange. Maybe he somehow expected things to be different--or the same, and they weren't. Who knows. At least it went ok and didn't involve insanity, just confusion. If it'd been a long time, maybe he just didn't know what to say.
My amatuer guess is that he wanted something to happen, whether it was physical or emotional. It seems like he went to a fair amount of trouble to see you and then he just ran off. Maybe he got scared or something.

Don't mind me. I'm tired and babbling.

Yeah I'm sure if its something he wants to tell you, it'll come out in its own time. And if not, some things remain a mystery. You sound like you're okay with it though, so that's all that really matters.

glad the day went fairly ok for you.. meeting with ex'es seems like it can be a minefield.. sounds like you made it through safe and sound..

that was a terrible analogy.. but.. i'm tired... just glad the day wasn't terrible or really strange and uncomfortable for you

oh okay. cuz the other way would've just been a real dickish sort of comment to make. "it was a bad idea for you to see me cuz now you'll have feelings for me again" i wouldn't put that type of comment past most guys.
