just got back from getting a massage. haven't had one in WAY to long and it was much needed! the girl was surprised that i wasn't in constant pain from the amount of tension i was holding. i said i probably was in pain but that became my new normal. i really should treat myself to a massage more often. anyway, this coming weeks travel takes me to Colorado. Vail for 5 days then off to visit an old college buddy of mine in Fort Collins for a day before i head back home. is there anything i should do while i'm in Vail?
