I always have the strangest adventures when I go get comics.
Today, after I left my comic shop (Flying Colors whaaaaat!), I wandered over to the bus stop to head home. There, I met a mentally handicapped gentleman who struck up a conversation with me.
He asked me what I did over the weekend. I told him I didn’t do much. So he told me about the Strip Club he went to. After that, he asked me if I had been to any. I told him I had, but it’s been a while (like…6-7 years).
He asked me which it was and I told him. He told me “oh, I went there a few years ago, it closed down.”
“Oh, really?”
So then he told me about why it closed, and then he told me about all the other ones he goes to, and it was…a lot. Dude was a connoisseur! He was telling me which to go to, asking me why I hadn’t gone to any in such a long time, the whole nine yards. He was a true expert.
I can’t make this stuff up. This is why I want to eventually write my own webcomic based on my adventures in the real world. I'd title it..."I Can't Make This Stuff Up."
