(Installment 2 of my vegan blogs.)
Meet the lovely Malloreigh

If you don't already know of this SG than you must live under a rock or are online playing way too much WoW.
Malloreigh has been vegan now for four years. She was inspired by many of the vegan peoples she met through SG and after finding out the truth about the effects an "animal product consumption lifestyle" has on the earth and the animals, she knew she had to do something about it.
Though she is often glad that her being vegan gives others a reason to think about those choices, she really doesn't like inconveniencing others and is fully aware that people often resent having to make compromises for vegans. And she knows that means she's often seen as "a pain in the ass" during social outings.
She been pretty lucky with her family though as they have accepted this choice and are pretty accommodating.
Her most significant contribution to the vegan lifestyle has been incorporating it into her daily life and trying to expose as many people as possible to " the awesomeness that is a cruelty-free life". She has also been know to do some protesting and promote vegan products.
Though she doesn't really believe in "role models" since everyone has flaws, she finds herself gaining a great deal of respect for "Celebrities" when she discovers they are vegan since they have a "huge capability to affect change".
So what are some of Malloreigh's favorite vegan foods? Well in her case they just happen to be vegan and thought her response to this question was just as cute as she is:
"I can't be in the same room as hummus without devouring it. And avocado - the butter of the fruit and vegetable family. I also dig tempeh - especially cooked with pure maple syrup and tamari."
Wanna know more about what she likes to eat? Then check it out. She has a whole website devoted to her recipes! malloreigh.com/recipes
I'll end todays little blog with one of Malloreigh's favorite quotes which is also one of my own favorites:
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
Margaret Mead
