I got the spyder3 studio in the mail yesterday, I know that doesn’t mean much to most of you, but to the ones who are in the know they should know I’m excited hahahahahaha.

I went to see the Hookers on Saturday, it was a damn good show, there were 3 local punk bands that opened for them, the Hookers are kind of a Thrash metal band, it was a good mix of punks and metal heads.

I realized that my old Neighbor, the girlfriend of the guy who owns a recording studio, is a realtor, so I guess I can get her to help me when I’m ready to buy that house, she was at the hookers show, she gave me her card .

I’m going to try to get all my photo equipment while I’m living here, I realize that I have almost no bills living here and when I have my big debt paid off I can pay off the photo equipment very quickly, I just can’t be competitive with a 4 year old camera and flash, it’s time to step things up.

Work sucks really badly right now.

My bedroom always has Timothy hay on the floor, I could clean my room and the next day it is there again, Chinchillas need it for their digestive system so I have to give it to him, he is worth it.

Some times when I’m alone and am running thru the house I make sounds like I’m a ninja or another skilled fighter, I get board.

I will be going back to my mom’s house today, I will try to check in tonight and tomorrow night; I will be back on Sunday.

My friends who live in San Diego California want me to fly out there for there wedding on September 12th, if any of you will be in that area that weekend let me know maybe we could have lunch.

I’m thinking really hard about getting the new 17in MacBook pro, I can get one for under $70 a month, I’m going to try to get into photography more this year so I think I need a newer more powerful computer and having one I can take with me would help a lot.

I went and watched my friends death metal band play and I took like 70 sum photos, it was the first time I had done a live show like that in about 4 years, they turned out pretty good but I think I can do a lot better, now that I have the photos and have worked on them I know what I need to do to do better next time.

I sent almost all of my tax money I got back to my debt, that was $800 I sent to them, that means I’m about 3 months closer to paying off my debt.

The house I want to buy is still for sale.

I’m still looking hard for a new job.

The worst power outage in KY history

That is what the news called it, something like 700,000 people with out power across KY, 700,000, that is a big number and some of those people didn’t get power back for 3 weeks and longer.

It started on a Sunday night, a cold night by ky standers, I was at my computer when I decided to go take a look outside, and what did I see when I looked out the door? Snow and ice coming down like I had not seen in many years, everything was glassing over like some one was sealing it up in clear plastic. The next morning when I went out side everything was covered in snow and ice, the trees looked like they were made of glass, the ground was a nice powdery white and my car, well my car looked like it was going to be a bitch to open and I was right and was my work kind enough to let us off? Well everyone else in the area got off, after all it was ice everywhere, the answer to that is no, even though all the other places in the area got off my work thinks they are above all others, see the thing is my work could care less if we got hurt or killed, as long as it doesn’t happen while your on the job, if your on the job and you get hurt or killed they could get in trouble, but if it happens while your own your way to work well there is no law to hold them accountable. So what happened well I went to work and there was only about 60 people out of about 600 that showed up, they lost money that day, it would have saved them money if they had let us off. Well the next night it snowed again, no ice this time and when I got up the power was out, I guess all that ice finally bought the power lines down, I almost called into work that day, I kind of wish I had, but I went in, there was more people there but still not that many, they were the only place that pretty much had power in the area. When I got home from work that night my power was back on, but I was one of the lucky ones, some were out for a couple of days, some out for 2 weeks and some out for over 3 weeks, they had people out working on the power lines 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.

Sorry I haven’t been around the past couple of days, my roommate/landlord didn’t pay the internet bill and I have been with out internet from Sunday night until today, it really sucked, I had nothing to do when I got off of work.

I have been looking hard for a new job, as you know I have never liked my job and since they changed things I hate it now even more.

I’m really thinking hard about buying a house, I’ve been looking on the internet and found one that I really like, but the thing is I am going to wait tell all my debt is paid off and that should be this year some time. The house I want is a pretty decent price for Lexington, it is a 73 year old house that has been all renovated, it’s not a massive house but it does have some space, it has 3 bed rooms, 1 bathroom and it have a half upstairs that has one of the bedrooms, it has a unfinished basement, if I did buy the house I would finish the basement and put another bathroom down there and another bedroom or just a living room and it has a decent sized back yard that is fenced in. If I did buy this house that wouldn’t mean that I would stay in Lexington for my whole life, I just feel like it’s an investment, I would have a place to live for as long as I want to and buy the time I’m ready to sale it the place will have went up in value and if I do finish the basement that will bring the value of the home up big time. These are things I just have been thinking about and this house may not even be for sale when I’m ready to buy.

I'm going to see Otep this Saturday in Columbus, anyone else going?

After the show I will be posting lots of photos from Halloween, my costume seemed to go over very well, the dragon head was in more photos then anyone else.

I had to stand in line for more then 2 hrs to vote, in the hot sun, but I voted and did my part, I'm glad to see that old grandpa didn't win.

So more then likely I will be in Columbus on the 8th for the Otep show, it is one of my best friends favorite bands, so me her and the same two guys that went to the motorhead show are going to go to that, I swear that if they cancel this show to I will go on a rampage.

For Halloween I'm going to be a post apocalyptic dragon slayer, I have a dragon head I'm going to care around and everything, I've still got some stuff to get but I'm about 80% done.

I've worked on the book a little bit more, not a lot, I know how the story starts but I'm going over in my head where I want to go with it, it has been a long time since I wrote a story, but I use to do it all the time, I was one of about 120 or so kids out of thousands that were picked to go to governors school for the arts.

My computer is still acting like a little bitch, if any of you know anything about computers, or more so if you know anything about Mac's let me know, maybe you can help me out.

I really miss working on art, but with the work I do I don't seem to find the time for it, for the past 2 weeks in a row I worked 6 days in a row, only getting Sunday off, I work from 230 until 1030 in the night, I really do hate my job.

So people ask me about the pizza place that has punk shows, well the place is called Brooklyn pizza and it is in Victorian square, it is a pretty big pizza place and have some of the best crazy punk shows around, I've been to bars that didn't let the crowed get that crazy, the last show I was at even had a band that came a really long way away, I just can't remember right off the bat where it was, so if you in the area they have shows there at least every other weekend.
