Just to start off I want to say that I work at Trane, we make heating and cooling unites and the job sucks, but I will not be there for much longer, when you read this you will know why.

Well about half way through the day on Monday our supervisor came up to me and my best friend (the girl I went to the porn store with) and told us that they were moving him to the small line the next day, we were like what? We were use to this guy and didn't want to have to get use to some one else. Well I went up to Alice (an older lady I work with) and told her what our supervisor said and she said that means we are going to get (I can't remember his name right now), she said he has a bad rep from being a really big hard ass and had fired Travis 2 times and has fired a lot of people, well this kind of upset me a little, but I don't like my job so I wasn't to afraid, but my best friend was really afraid because they seem like they are out to get her.

Well the first day he was there it was obvious he was watching everyone very close and some people said they thought they brought him out there just so he would fire some people because there contract is up and when the new contract started the new people they hired would make a lot less then we do.

Well on Wednesday it went down, first off he moved this one girl to a different job and told her if she didn't stay in her work area that he was going to but here on this new job for the next 6 months and then at break time my best friend started to go get her coat like 3 minutes before break and the supervisor got onto her and told her to put her coat up and return to her work area (keep in mind that most everyone was on break and when he was saying this stuff to her there were most of the people from the back walking by) she told him that she had to walk a long way to go smoke and just started walking, he told her it was a direct order and she just keep on walking.

When we came back from break we started working and then the supervisor came and got her and took her to the office and they fired her, if the supervisor gave you a direct order and you don't listen they can fire you.

Well this pissed me off so bad, after that shit I was going to vote to strike even though I knew most people wouldn't vote that way.

After l found out they fired her I made up my mind that I would not be there past march, if they do not bring her back im going to be gone and when I do leave I'm going to walk up on my last day about 5 minutes before I get off and quite and if he says anything I will tell him why and I will tell him how I think he is sucking the head supervisor dick and I will say some other stuff to him.

But I may not last that long, if he give me a direct order like the did her I'm going to tell him he can stick it up his ass and I don't want this job and I never wanted this job and that I would not work for a man who was picking on a girl for don't what ever one else is doing. I would love to even get on the intercom and at least say some of that stuff, I want everyone to know, I want when people see him to think about that. I would give anything if I could get him to punch me, if he punched me he would be fired and his life would be ruined, he is in his late 50's and his retirement fund would be gone. This guy is a dick and I would love to hurt him, I'm not afraid of him and I don't give a fuck about this job.

Lets see how good he does when all of this best workers are gone, plus I'm the one who trains every new person who came there.

Fuck him, fuck him, fuck him, I want to bring him down.

Well on New Years Eve I was home alone watching movies and eating olive garden take out because some one gave me a gift card.

One of the movies I watched was "stardust", I really like this movie, I got it the day before and that made the 2nd time I had watched it, if you like fairy tale stories then you may like it, it has a lot of great actors in it like Robert De Niro and Claire Danes.

Well anyway it was a really lonely night, I hope every ones night was better then mine.

My resolutions.

1.) find a job that I like, preferably one that is in my degree, I spent to many years getting my BFA in photography to be working where I work.

2.) get a girlfriend, it has been so long and I'm so very lonely.

3.) make some friends, I spend most of my time off work alone, I don't have anyone to hang out with.

4.) do some art, I miss that so much.

5.) travel some

There is this cat that runs around here some times, some times I will see it ever night and then I will not see it for a couple of weeks. It is a really nice kitty, it loves to be petted and it is always happy to get a little bit of food. So whenever I make some tuna I will always have some left over and if that kitty is around out side I will put it out for him to eat.

This and a movie I watched got me to thinking about random acts of kindness and how something so small can really change the world.

Like some day you will see some one who will need some help, it may be something small or something big, it could be as simply as helping some one pick up books or papers that they have dropped, a small act of kindness can go a long way, something so small can make some ones day just a little bit better and in turn make them a lot more happy, so latter that day or the next they see some one who needs help and help this person because some one the day before did the same for them and then that person goes along and helps some one they see on the street. It's like a ripple affect, it starts as a ripple and then becomes a big wave. You really never know how many lives could be changed or even saved by that one small kind act. So next time you see some one who needs help, or some one who needs a kind word, or even if you know some one who you think would like to have a phone call from some one take a little time out of your day and do it, a little kindness goes a long way.
